What we do

BrickDeals tracks LEGO set pricing across Target, Walmart, LEGO.com, and Amazon — all in one feed. We surface discounts, price-per-piece value, and retirement risk so you can decide whether a deal is actually worth your money or just a rebranded markup.

Why it exists

I started BrickDeals after watching the same set bounce between $89.99 and $109.99 across four retailers in two weeks while every site called every price change a "sale." I wanted a single place that showed the real 90-day price history and an honest read on whether a current price was a good deal — without the fake-urgency banners and inflated MSRPs.

How we score deals

Every deal on the site is evaluated against three signals:
  • Discount percentage — calculated against the listed retail price (not against an inflated "MSRP").
  • Price per piece — the universal LEGO value metric. Under 8¢/piece is exceptional; 10¢ is fair for licensed themes.
  • 90-day low — a deal only earns the "all-time low" badge if today's price matches or beats the lowest price we've seen in the past 90 days. We don't trust 24-hour price drops.

What we track

  • Active LEGO deals across four major retailers, refreshed twice daily
  • Retirement risk based on LEGO.com "Retiring Soon" tags and historical pull patterns
  • Price-per-piece rankings across themes (Star Wars, Technic, Modular, City, Friends, Ideas, and more)
  • Original analysis of value patterns, sale cycles, and which sets are actually worth waiting for

What we don't do

We don't write sponsored content. We don't accept payments from retailers to feature specific sets. We don't treat retired sets as guaranteed investments — most of them aren't. If you read something on this site recommending a set, it's because we think it's a good deal at the listed price, period.
